  1. Council Bluffs, Ia -- 6/16/2021, Around 7:40 pm a man attempted to elude Council Bluffs Police during a traffic stop. Council Bluffs Police attempted to stop Davis around S. 27th and 5th Ave, from there Tyler Scott Davis fled. According to the Police scanner, Davis was driving a stolen vehicle. During the incident, Davis ran stop signs, drove reckless, was carrying drugs and paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and more.   2. Council Bluffs, Ia -- At about 10:45 a police pursuit from Omaha came into Council Bluffs via I-80 eastbound. The pursuit started in Fremont, Ne, went through Omaha and finally ended in Council Bluffs, Ia in Westwood Park located at 35th and 12th Ave. OPD spiked the white trucks tires in Omaha causing the front right tire to deflate. Once the suspects entered Westwood Park they stopped at the ball diamond and foot bailed. One suspect was apprehended at Westwood, the other suspect fled to Harvey's Casino and was apprehended.   3. Omaha, Ne -- Around 5:15 pm Omaha Police noticed a silver Audi that had a possible felony warrant suspect in it. Omaha Police didn't chase the vehicle out of Omaha into Council Bluffs however, Able-1 from the Omaha Police Department did. Able-1 was able to keep track of the vehicle from the air. Nebraska law enforcement notified Council Bluffs PD they were in a chase with an older model Grand Am they expected to cross into Iowa traveling east on the I-480 interstate.   5. Suspect John Allen Lindeman was driving a red 90's Mustang GT convertible early Thursday morning erratically in Council Bluffs, the vehicle also had no plates. At the time of the initial incident, Council Bluffs Police elected not to pursue the vehicle.   6. Council Bluffs Police this past week had an encounter with a suspect in a white Dodge truck that had no plates, during that encounter the suspect eluded police by going into Omaha. Early Friday morning around 2 a.m. Council Bluffs Police and the Pottawattamie County Sheriff engaged again with the suspect in the white Dodge Truck that lead again into a chase from Council Bluffs, into Omaha, and back to Council Bluffs.   8. A little after 10 p.m. CST Iowa State Patrol chased a vehicle on I-29 south to I-29 north in Council Bluffs, Iowa that lead into a roll-over crash and a female being ejected. Once the vehicle crashed Iowa State Patrol had at least one person at gunpoint. Iowa State Patrol did have a male also detained for a while and one male was let go. The caller stated to 911 they heard about 10 shots. 911 Caller stated it was a dark colored car with dealer plates and there was 4 black males with rags over their faces Council Bluffs Police arrived and checked the area however the car wasn't around but a camera on 25th and Broadway was used to view the car passing through the intersection heading south.   10. Sept 3, 2020 At 1:58 pm, Officers responded to Subway at 421 N Saddle Creed Rd for a robbery. The description of the suspect was a black male armed with a knife. Additional information was that the suspect was in a white Buick passenger car. Responding Officers observed the suspect vehicle and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled and Officers pursued.   11. Pottawattamie County Sheriff and Council Bluffs Police attempted to chase a muscle car down Ave G in Council Bluffs Monday night around 10 pm. Video from a home security camera captured the event live and shows the car was traveling at such a high rate of speed a home camera system couldn't even catch a full image of the vehicle.
