Missing mother and 2 yr old found safe in Cedar falls, Ia

On 2/11/2021 at 12:03 pm Council Bluffs Police were called to the 3000 block of 2nd Ave in regards to a missing 2 yr old.

Officers arrived and spoke to the calling party, the father, who stated that Jennifer Reilly, had left the residence late last night with their daughter, Luna Gallagos, and he has not heard from them since.

Family members are concerned for their safety due to recent delusional comments made by Reilly. Council Bluffs Police are looking to locate both mother and child to check their physical and emotional welfare.

Today both the mother and daughter were found safe in Cedar Falls, Ia Police.

The child is expected to be returned to the father.
