    Omaha Police respond to Felony Assault at 3900 North 16th Street

     

    Omaha Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert at 3900 North 16th Street at 12:59 a.m. Wednesday. Upon arrival, officers observed two vehicles with damage from gunfire. Officers spoke with witnesses who said four or five black males dressed in dark clothing arrived on foot and began shooting.

    A short time later, a victim arrived at CUMC - University Campus, 2412 Cuming, with minor injuries. The victim was identified as 22-year-old Da'Marsell Miller. Miller told officers that he was in a vehicle when an unknown suspect began firing a gun in his direction.
